Professional Experience:

Lisa Korner currently serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. She previously served as Vice President, Human Resources and Administration from 2006 to 2007, and she was Director, Human Resources from 2003 to 2006. Prior to joining Magellan, Korner served as Executive Director of Human Resources Strategy and Human Resources – Information Systems for The Williams Companies from 2001 to 2002 and as Director of Human Resources from 1999 to 2001. Prior to joining Williams, Korner worked in various human resource management positions at MAPCO.

Education:

Korner received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University. She has also completed the Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan.

Industry/Community Leadership:

Korner is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the HR Policy Association, HR People & Strategy (HRPS), the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC), the Women’s Energy Network (WEN), and the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF International). She serves on the executive committee for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women. Korner has served on the board of the Oklahoma Center for Non-Profits where she was also chair for its HR Committee. She is a graduate of Leadership Tulsa and active in fundraising for the Tulsa Area United Way.
